- It is important to take special care of your feet. Make sure to cleanse your feet regularly. Also, apply lotion to your feet to prevent cracking and drying. This will help reduce the occurrences of corns.
- Apply salicylic acid to the corn and surrounding area. Once applied, cover the affected are with a bandage.
- Attach a slice of fresh lemon onto the affected area using a bandage. Do this at night. In the morning, remove the bandage and wash the affected area thoroughly.
- Make a paste combining mustard oil and ground licorice. Apply this paste to the affected area. This should help halt corn formation.
- This is a very popular traditional recipe to combat corns: Make a juice of raw papaya. Apply this juice to the affected area three times a day until the symptoms are alleviated.
