Avocados: Protect Against Cardiovascular disease

Avocados contain oleic acid, a mono-unsaturated fatty acid that may help to lower total cholesterol as well as LDL “bad” cholesterol, while increasing HDL “good” cholesterol.  Avocados are also a good source of potassium, which further helps regulate blood pressure.
